FILE CLERK

This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies through the DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base Facilities & Major Range & Test Facilities. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Interested applicants must follow the directions in the "How to Apply" section of this flyer to be considered. There may or may not be actual vacancies filled from this flyer. Notice of Result letters will not be sent to applicants who respond to this flyer.

Duties

You will prepare, store, archive, shred files as directed using office machines such as scanners, shredders, copiers, etc. You will prepare correspondence and reports to input data into automated systems, spreadsheets, and forms. You will answer customer inquiries over the phone and in person. You will perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least at least three months of general experience in the private or public sector that demonstrates progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled. Education

You may substitute experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.
