Cupholder

Your opening, on the map where the work is.

Cupholder is a job board for Columbia County and the Portland area. Nobody here searches a radius. They draw the drive they'd actually make, and your job shows up if it's on the way.

How other job sites search. 15 miles around St. Helens counts Woodland, across the river with no bridge, and misses Portland and Clatskanie.

How people search here. One drawn shape along Highway 30, Clatskanie to Portland. Every town on the drive is in.

What it costs

Nothing. No account, no contract, no fee per applicant.

Where applicants go

Straight to you, through your application link or your inbox. Cupholder doesn't collect résumés or stand between you and the person applying.

Where your job shows up

As a pin at your street address, so people can see exactly how far the drive is. Every posting also gets its own page set up so Google's job search can list it.

How posting works

  1. Fill out one form. Job title, worksite address, what the job is, and how to apply. About five minutes.
  2. I look it over. Every post gets read by a person before it goes up, usually within a day.
  3. It goes on the map for 30 days. Pinned at the address you gave.
  4. You get a link by email. Use it to keep the post up longer or take it down once you've hired someone.

If your openings are on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby or SmartRecruiters, or your careers page uses standard job markup, I can pull them in automatically and keep them current. Send me the link.

Email me and everything from your company comes down, and stays down.

Who's behind this

I'm Tristen Lee. I live in Columbia County, and I built Cupholder because every job site I tried drew a circle around one town, when the real commute out here runs along Highway 30. If you have questions or want help getting a posting up, email me at tristen@cupholder.work.
